  • The eligibility conditions for the AHG and SHG are: (a) first-timer household; (b) applicant must have worked continuously for one year immediately before the flat application, and is still working at the time of application; (c) average gross monthly household income over the one year period must not be more than $5,000 (for AHG) or $6,500 (for SHG); and (d) SHG applies only for the purchase of a 2-room, 3-room or 4-room flat in the non-mature estates.
  • Studio Apartments (SAs) are sold on a 30-year lease, beginning from the date of key collection. Prices are inclusive of the elderly-friendly fittings/finishes. 50% of the SAs will be set aside for eligible elderly flat applicants if they apply for an SA in the same town as their current property, or to stay near/with their parents/married child under Studio Apartment Priority Scheme (SAPS).
  • Please refer to the “Flat Details” tab to check the lease commencement date of each block.
  • Similar to previous Sale of Balance Flats exercises, the 3-room Standard flats in the non-mature towns/estates with a $5,000 income ceiling will be offered as a separate category from the 3-room premium flats and 3-room flats in the mature towns/estates, which are sold with a $10,000 income ceiling.
  • HDB will group the 3-room premium flats in non-mature towns/estates, 3-room standard/premium flats in mature towns/ estates and 4-room flats (with $10,000 income ceiling) as one flat application category.
  • Since 1995, HDB has closed the Executive Flat (EF) register. The number of EF on offer is limited and they are largely repurchased/repossessed flats. Hence, HDB will group the EF and 5R as one flat application category.
  • Flats at The Pinnacle@Duxton (Central) are classified as S1 (similar to 4-room) and S2 (similar to 5-room) flats.
  • Flats in Jurong East will be grouped together with flats in Jurong West for offer under “Jurong East/West” Town, where applicable. For administration of the Married Child Priority Scheme (MCPS) for 3-room, 4-room and 5-room flats, applicants may apply for these flats under MCPS, if their parents/married child are residing in either Jurong East or West, or within 2 km from any of the blocks offered for sale. As there are no Studio Apartments (SAs) on offer in Jurong East, applicants may request for the Studio Apartment Priority Scheme (SAPS) only if: (i) their parents/married child are residing in Jurong West or within 2 km from any of the SA blocks offered for sale; or (ii) if the applicants are existing owners of a flat (including owner-occupied private residential property) in Jurong West, or the property is within 2km from any of the SA blocks.
  • There are 2 repurchased DBSS flats i.e a 4-room flat at Blk 588B Ang Mo Kio Street 52 #18-211 at Park Central @ AMK and a 5-room flat at Blk 168C Simei Lane #05-54 at Parc Lumiere (Tampines).
  • There is one 3-room terrace house in Kallang/Whampoa.
